We have great faith in his ability to lead due to his already impressive accomplishments within the business. His entertainment and commercial background are ideally suited to steering us to our exciting new phase of expansion”.

Tom added: “Over the past 30 years, Marvin has created an iconic global brand recognised for quality and innovation, and I am incredibly excited to lead the business into its next phase of growth. Marvin has been a great influence and mentor as both a business leader and innovator, and I am looking forward to working closely together with him as we continue to delight and inspire millions of families around the world.
