The bike is made from over 15,000 pieces of Meccano and was ridden around the TT circuit by James May, accompanied in part by Oz Clarke. It will be on its own stand in the Classics Zone, close to part of James May’s Classic Honda Collection.
Emma Eden, marketing manager of Spin Master Toys UK, said: “The interest in the Meccano motorbike has been overwhelming. When we offered it to MCN Motorcycle Show they almost bit our hand off. We’re hoping James May will pop over to say hello and see his creation.”
The MCN Motorcycle Show runs from Thursday 14th to Sunday 16th February 2014. For more information visit www.mcnmotorcycleshow.com.
