The Ambiente, Christmasworld and Paperworld shows will be merged to create a joint event for the first time ever.
Messe Frankfurt has announced the postponement and repositioning of a number of its trade shows due to take place between January and March, as the coronavirus continues to hamper travel and social gatherings.
For the first time ever, three shows – Ambiente, Christmasworld and Paperworld – will be merged to create an offering that brings together Messe Frankfurt’s consumer goods portfolio under one roof. Running from 17th-20th April 2021, the one-off International Consumer Goods Show – Special Edition will be supported by digital elements during Consumer Goods Digital Days. These days will also play host to the online-only Creativeworld 2021 event, which will not be hosted in its usual physical form next year.
Further enhancing the special 2021 event, the Nextrade digital marketplace will be made available to B2B customers of Christmasworld and Creativeworld, extending physical trade fair participation and allowing orders to be placed all year round. Ambiente, Tendence and Nordstil have used the platform since 2019.
