The event was held as part of the UK launch of Rainbow Girls by Poopsie, the new trend-led dolls combing fashion and slime.

On Sunday 22nd September, the ‘Poop-up’ Fashion Boutique attracted an impressive turn out from celebrities including actor and personality Ryan Thomas with his daughter Scarlett – seen wearing a stylish outfit inspired by the Rainbow Girls’ signature fashions – his fiancé Lucy Mecklenburgh, as well as Luisa Zissman and Imogen Thomas.

The boutique slime event also welcomed a host of child fashion icons who are popular on social media for their style-savvy outfits. Laerta (@fashion_laerta), who boasts over 1.1m followers on her Instagram page following a recent partnership with L.O.L. Surprise!, was seen posing on the rainbow runway, along with @sanforshort and @dayswithdaisy.

Poopsie Slime Surprise was a sell-out toy for Christmas 2018, and kicked off 2019 with even more slime surprises. This year has seen the brand reach new heights with the arrival of new collectible ranges including Cutie Tooties, Sparkly Critters and the new Rainbow Surprise dolls. More are to be revealed.

The new dolls offer children a fresh unboxing experience, with over 20 surprises including a 14″ fashion doll, DIY slime powders, highlighter powder and fashions with clear details, ready for a rainbow slime surprise. Kids can use the DIY slime powders by mixing and matching colours to create unique rainbow slime and customise the doll’s fashions. Children can also use the Rainbow Highlighter to add some extra sparkle to their doll. There are four dolls to collect; Rainbow Dream, Pixie Rose, Amethyst Rae and Blue Skye.

Never-seen-before trend-led events, innovative digital campaigns, and ongoing creative social support will continue to reinforce the launch campaign throughout the season.
