Michael commented: “This is amazing news to round off what has been a great year for Moshi Monsters. I’m honoured and thrilled to be awarded this OBE and to be in such impressive company, but obviously this is an accolade that all the team at Mind Candy and Firebox can be proud of. It’s a great way for us to kick off 2014.”

Moshi Monsters recently won the Interactive Prize in the Children’s BAFTA (British Academy of Film and Television Arts) Awards, which were announced in November.
