Mega Brands UK has announced that Kerry Rimmer will be joining the UK team.

Kerry joins the company today (28th January) as general national accounts manager, responsible for the UK sales team, reporting directly to Dave Martin (VP, International). Kerry joins Mega Brands from her role at Mattel and prior to that she built up a broad and extensive experience through a number of sales and trade marketing roles.

Mega also welcomes two new faces to the central marketing team.

Reporting to Mary Price (senior director, International), Daniel Davis joined the team on 9th January as digital marketing manager. Daniel has a wealth of retail experience and has spent the last four years at Argos in ecommerce and marketing roles. Daniel also has marketing experience gained from his time at both Homebase and Dixons.

The company is also pleased to welcome Hannah Fairhurst as marketing assistant. Hannah, a recent graduate in international business and French, joins Mega following a six month internship. Hannah will be working directly with European marketing manager Peter Fuller and will also support MEGA Brands’ design department. Hannah commenced her role on 14th January.

Speaking about the appointments, Dave Martin said: “Welcoming new faces is a great way to start the New Year and we are confident Kerry will be a great asset in supporting and helping grow our busy sales team.

“With some exciting and extensive new product lines, we also have a fast growing need to increase our European central marketing team to support our range through what promises to be a strong period of growth for the company.”
