keycraft 102Keycraft has confirmed its acquisition of new premises located in Blackhouse Industrial Estate, Peterhead.

Established in 1974, Keycraft is a distributor of pocket money toys, gifts and novelties. The company has also opened offices in Ireland, France, Hong Kong and Australia in the past year.

Managing director Doug Cowie commented: “Whilst remaining committed to building upon our base in Peterhead, we are developing opportunities in other countries and plan to extend our portfolio of brands over the coming months. The expansion to the new buildings provides Keycraft with the ideal infrastructure to achieve those plans.”

The new buildings will mean overall capacity more than triples from 22,000 sq ft to 74,000 sq ft and refurbishment work has already started with hopes of moving into the new building by November 2017.
