New roles added to the Toy World recruitment section

If you’re looking for a new job, Toynamics, Smart Toys & Games, Gameplan Europe and Bladez Toyz are the latest companies to join the hunt for applicants.

Toynamics UK & Ireland is seeking a National Account Manager, a role it says is vital to the expansion and development of new business and growth within existing national accounts. The role comes with huge development opportunities for the right candidate, which will be joining the company at a ‘very exciting time’. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, dynamic and hands-on person who is comfortable working in a very small team environment for a business which operates at a fast pace, but with structure and attention to detail. Applicants will ideally live within an hour’s commute of Kibworth Harcourt to allow access to the office at least two days per week.

Bladez Toyz is currently looking for an experienced Key/National Account Manager looking to take the next step in their career. The role will involve working directly with the CEO to create and implement sales plans for existing Bladez Toyz customers, while also looking for new business opportunities that will aid business growth. A competitive salary and bonus options are on offer for the right candidate, and remote working would be considered. Applicants are expected to have previous experience within a key account sales role, and possess excellent teamwork, organisation, and process management skills.

Gameplan Europe is seeking a Key Account Manager – Germany for its client, a multinational toy manufacturer with a German subsidiary in Nürnberg. The company has enjoyed a solid position in the German toy market for many years, and another key account manager is needed to fulfil the sales potential for brands already established in the market as well as other brands not yet launched in Germany. The key tasks are to compile and execute action plans for all channels, lead negotiations on trade terms and conditions with customers, implement plans, and establish reporting internally as well as with customers. Gameplan’s client is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate sales person with at least five year’s successful experience as senior sales executive in the German toy industry.

Smart Toys & Games is also looking for a Key Account Manager. The company says this is a fantastic opportunity to join this innovative company at a time of consistent growth and range development. Smart provides all employees with the autonomy, support and tools required to make a significant contribution to the ongoing success of the company. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of existing accounts and deliver agreed new business activities according to an annual business plan. An attractive salary of £40,000 is on offer, plus a 25% bonus for achieving agreed sales targets.
