New toy shop for Cowbridge

Published on: 2nd November 2017

The Toy Box has opened in Willow Walk, Cowbridge, and is a sister shop for the well-established Pencil Case, in Eastgate.

The shop’s grand opening was on Saturday, October 28th, where free balloons were given out and children had a chance to try out many of the toys.

Owner Sally Stephenson sees the opening of the new shop as a way of expanding her existing outlet the Pencil Case, stocking items that space did not allow there, as well as also adding a range of toys for children from new-born to age 12.

Sally aims to stock good quality, distinctive products at sensible prices. She commented: “There have been some changes in Cowbridge in recent years, and I think there is definitely a gap in the market for children’s toys, games and gifts. As in the Pencil Case, there is also a good choice of items for children to spend their own money on.”

The Toy Box is at 2, Willow Walk, Cowbridge.
