Fundamentally Children ramps up for summer of events

Published on: 11th June 2019

Geomag, Epoch, Kids@Play, Tomy and Learning Resources will be joining the Good Toy Zone as it heads on tour for a summer of family consumer events.

The Good Toy Zone will be heading to three events over the summer – The 3Foot People Festival, The Great British Food Festival and CarFest South. The programme is designed to boost the brand awareness and sales of Fundamentally Children’s clients through the power of experiential marketing.

Geomag will be showcasing its Confetti, Magicube and Mechanics ranges at each of the events. Each of the innovative magnetic construction lines fosters a wide range of skills in children, including understanding of STEM subjects, the science of magnets and the mathematics of 3D shapes, as well as shape identification, problem solving and logical thinking. They also encourage creative free play.

Having been enjoyed by UK families for over 30 years, Epoch’s Sylvanian Families develop imaginative play and storytelling, and are ideal for developing fine motor skills and social skills. Tomy will be bringing its Johnny Tractor range to life for little ones once again at the summer events. The range is produced under the John Deere licence and helps pre-schoolers to develop hand-eye coordination and imaginative play.

Ideal for the festival environment, Kids@Play will be showcasing a selection of its ride-on toys. Great for gross motor skills and that all-important active play, the ride-ons will be a popular addition to the open-air events.

Learning Resources will also be showcasing its iconic Playfoam range. The mess-free creative play resource is expected to go down very well with visitors, following previous success in the Good Toy Zone.

Amanda Gummer, founder and MD of Fundamentally Children, commented: “We’re really excited to be showcasing such a strong range of Good Toys to families across our three festivals. It’s always great to watch children get involved with the brands in the Good Toy Zone, and these events provide an incredibly powerful marketing tool for all involved. We’re looking forward to a summer of Good Toys.”
