Gibsons will supply the electronic band with a bespoke jigsaw puzzle as part of the merchandise offering for its upcoming tour.
Metronomy approached Gibsons national account manager Kim Garrod whilst planning its tour in summer 2019, and worked closely with the team to create the 1,000-piece puzzle.
“Metronomy loves jigsaws, and in particular Gibsons jigsaws,” said Kim. “With much excitement and the feeling that puzzles were well and truly trending, we were delighted to marry our puzzling world with Metronomy’s music one to create a limited edition 1,000-piece puzzle exclusively for its upcoming tour. Made in the UK and using the thickest 100% recycled board available, we have been thrilled by the response and hope fans enjoy piecing it together.”
The 1,000-piece jigsaw puzzle features artwork from the band’s latest album, Metronomy Forever, which has been created by the French illustrator & graphic designer Anne Zeum.
The puzzle, also named Metronomy Forever, can be purchased by those attending the tour, which ends in spring 2020. Like all Gibsons 1,000-piece puzzles, the jigsaw puzzle pieces in Metronomy Forever are the thickest on the market and are made from 100% recycled board to ensure they can be used again and again.
