The Lego Group have released details about three products featuring in the new Lego Hidden Side range launching this August.
Lego will be launching its first-ever mixed reality range, Lego Hidden Side next month. The new range is a unique play experience that combines classic Lego brick play with a digital app. Builders can physically construct Lego sets before unlocking the haunted world through the Hidden Side app on their phone or tablet to extend the play experience.
The new range will include the Lego Hidden Side Newbury Haunted High School. Youngsters can engage in fun augmented-reality ghost-hunting adventures. This new product combines a buildable Lego model with an app to deliver a fully interactive play experience where parts of the model come alive in the app.
Also available is the Lego Hidden Side Paranormal Intercept Bus 3000 where kids can become in immersed in a fast-pace augmented reality. This powered-up school bus toy features tech details like a pull-out command centre and flip-out toy cannons.
The Lego Hidden Side Graveyard Mystery play set is the third item in the range and gives kids the opportunity to experience fun ghost-catching adventures.
All products from the range can be used along side the Hidden Side app to make the model come alive by using a phone to scan it. With continuous updates, boss ghosts to battle, new mysteries to solve, cool items to find and ghosts to defeat and collect, this Lego Hidden Side set takes Lego play to a new dimension.
