The agency will be responsible for overseeing Pyramid’s UK consumer media programme.
With an overall brief to focus on supporting new products launches, devising creative and impactful social media campaigns, and driving awareness across its licensed range portfolio, Norton PR has been brought on board to work alongside the Pyramid marketing team to build the profile of its expanding ranges throughout 2019.
Key elements of the PR programme will include collaborations with retailers, licensors and publishers to drive sales via innovative and strategic campaigns focused around new product introductions. Working across digital, social and traditional PR platforms, Norton will align with the agency’s existing client, Warner Brothers Consumer Products, to ensure a collaborative approach to bringing new Harry Potter products to market in what promises to be another exciting year for the Wizarding World franchise.
New PJ Masks and Paw Patrol pre-school products will be supported alongside Marvel lines with opportunities across Influencers, brand partnerships and events high on the PR agenda for 2019.
David Wootliff, commercial director at Pyramid International, commented: “With its unrivalled expertise within licensing, Norton PR is a natural partner for us going forward. It has the ability to build creative campaigns which link directly to retail, which for us delivers on driving sales and results.”
Pyramid International, which manufactures in the UK, is a world leader in licensed merchandise, posters, prints, stationery and homewares and owns the Art Group, one of the UK’s largest publishers of artwork. Pyramid International and The Art Group will be showcasing new product introductions alongside existing ranges at this year’s Spring Fair and Nuremberg shows.
