The Entertainer celebrates 50th anniversary of lunar landings

Children from local schools have been invited to build a Lego City Lunar Space Station to celebrate 50 years since the first lunar landing. 

The Entertainer has partnered with local schools to invite children to Lego space-themed build events to celebrate 50 years since the first Lunar Landing, where they can enjoy working as a team to build a Lego City Lunar Space Station. The children will build a Lego space station to take away with them and will also each receive a Lego City space-themed set.

With many interesting facts to learn about the first Lunar Landing, the event will be both educational and fun. Katie Gritt, senior social media, content and PR manager at The Entertainer said: “We are really excited to welcome local school children to our stores to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Lunar Landings, with a fun and educational Lego space themed build event. We’re committed to supporting the communities we serve and to creating fun and engaging events for children, so celebrating the lunar landings with the support of Lego is a great way to connect our stores with their local communities.”
