Nurture Rights has appointed IVS Group as the UK master plush partner for its pre-school brand, Dinosaur Roar!

Dinosaur-Roar-wordpressIVS will develop and produce a new range of Dinosaur Roar! plush, together with a selection of wooden toys, activity toys and novelty items. The initial product line will feature a large plush and bean-filled plush, as well as a buggy toy hand puppet and chomper toy.

The firm also plans to broaden the Dinosaur Roar! range with wooden toys including wooden bookends, a pull along Roar! and a wooden dominoes set. The product range will lead the group of licensees already producing products for the brand, including Trade Mark Collections, Paul Lamond Games and Shreds.

Namita Kapoor, chief executive officer, IVS, said “When I saw Dinosaur Roar! I instantly recognised its potential and I absolutely love the characters. It’s a very appealing and licensable brand, and we hope that our new range of Dinosaur Roar! toys and gifts will provide retailers with enthusiasm for this much loved property.”

Nick Barrington, managing director, Nurture Rights, added: “Namita Kapoor and her team at IVS have a fantastic track record in product development and international distribution thanks to their work over the years with big name licensors. Their passion, commitment and enthusiasm for Dinosaur Roar! very much fits with our vision for the brand and the mirrors the ambition from the Natural History Museum.”
