Orchard Toys launches scrummy new game

Orchard Toys launches its latest children’s game with a cupcake competition.

Simon Newbery, managing director at Orchard Toys, commented: “Many of the staff like to bake, and we all have a sweet tooth, so we thought that a cupcake baking competition would be a great way to launch the latest game, Where’s my Cupcake?”

Designed for children of three years plus, the game encourages observation, matching and counting skills, helps develop social communication, sharing, co-operation and
manners and it links with Early Learning Goals and National Curriculum Key
Stage 1.

As Orchard Toys has pledged to raise £2,100 towards East Anglia Children’s hospital (EACH) in Quidenham Hospice this year, they asked Mark Loades, Norfolk Partnerships manager at the charity to judge the competition. All monies raised from the sale of the cupcakes will be donated to EACH.
