Two highly successful partnerships with popular kids’ Channel 5 TV show, Milkshake, have delivered huge results for VTech with over 6,500 entries from two, very different, competition slots.
Firstly, to celebrate the launch of the new Kidizoom Twist, VTech partnered Milkshake online to run a photography competition encouraging kids to enter their ‘family fun’ pictures for a chance to win a year’s worth of VTech toys and become an official VTech toy tester. This exclusive competition was hosted on a dedicated VTech page on the Milkshake website and generated 1,118 entries over a five week period.
VTech made Christmas come early for one lucky winner. Four year old Alistair Worrall from Walsall, won the overall prize and has already received his first delivery of toys. Alistair will have his very own page on the VTech website where all his reviews will be featured.
Secondly, the recent VTech ‘themed breaks’ featured a competition outro, which dew 5,481 competition entries between 18th Oct – 6th November during the six adverts showing InnoTab, Kidizoom Twist, Kidizoom Video Cam, MobiGo, Storio, Kidiminiz, VTech Baby Toot Toot Drivers, VTech Baby 3-in-1 Zebra Scooter and V.Smile Motion. One lucky winner won each of the toys advertised.
