Pam Kaufman becomes president and CEO of international markets at Paramount

In her new role, Pam Kaufman will lead international business, including global consumer products and experiences.

The newly created role reports into Bob Bakish, president and CEO of Paramount. Pam Kaufman has led the global consumer products business for the Nickelodeon brand since 2018 and now effectively replaces Raffaele Annecchino, who is stepping down as president and CEO of Paramount International Networks, Studios and Streaming.

In her expanded role, Pam will be responsible for driving the growth of Paramount’s international business across six continents, including broadcast and cable networks, streaming and studios. She will continue to be based in New York and will travel frequently to the studio’s offices around the world.

Pam Kaufman will work closely with Paramount’s international leadership team, as well as the global content and streaming organization. She will will be tasked with overseeing the continued international rollout of Paramount+ and Pluto TV, which recently launched in the UK.

Alongside these duties, Pam will maintain her current responsibilities overseeing the studio’s consumer products and experiences organization.

In her role as president of global consumer products and experiences for Paramount, Pam oversaw worldwide product and business development, marketing, franchise planning, creative strategy, retail sales and consumer insights for all brands in the portfolio. Prior to this, she served as president of consumer products and chief marketing officer for Nickelodeon
