With so many sporting fixtures being postponed, Panini aims to provide fans with something to occupy their time.
The UEFA Euro 2020 tournament, initially scheduled for this summer, is one of those sporting events being postponed.
Encouraged by many of its regular collectors from numerous parts of the globe, Panini has not abandoned its plans completely. Although the company will be developing a collectible programme around the UEFA Euro 2020 next summer, Panini has developed a special Preview Sticker Album to keep sticker enthusiasts occupied in the meantime.
The Preview album is a full 72-page football sticker album containing all of the already-qualified teams, as well as an introduction to the 16 nations that are waiting to take part in the postponed play-offs. There are 568 stickers to collect, with 28 stickers dedicated to each team, including 23 head and shoulders player images. There are also a number of special stickers to look out for.
The new collection hits UK shelves and online retailers today, 21st May. To support the launch of the exclusive UEFA Euro 2020 Official Preview Sticker Collection, there will be a national newspaper campaign, sampling nationwide at selected retailers, a social media campaign across Panini’s social channels, as well as magazine cover mount activity.
