Parragon announces third novel in Descendants series

Best-selling author Melissa de la Cruz takes fans back to the isle with Rise of the Isle of the Lost.

Parragon has announced the UK release of Rise of the Isle of the Lost: A Descendants Novel, the third novel in the Descendants series following The Isle of the Lost and Return to the Isle of the Lost.

The Isle of the Lost, the book prequel to the Disney Channel Original Movie Descendants, is an international bestseller. The novel, written by young adult fiction author Melissa de la Cruz, spent thirty-seven weeks on the New York Times bestseller list—fifteen at the No. 1 spot—and has more than 1m copies in print to date.

Now fans can find out what happens next when Rise of the Isle of the Lost launches in the UK on 22nd August. Disney’s Descendants 2 launches on Disney Channel this October.

Parragon’s distribution into retail and direct to consumer sectors will ensure that Rise of the Isle of the Lost will be accessible throughout the UK and Australia. Rise of the Isle of the Lost will be supported with a website presence, in addition to social media presence across Parragon’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram channels.
