Paul Lamond launches first Escape the Room party game

Published on: 10th June 2016

Mystery at the Stargazer’s Manor has become the first ever Escape the Room style party game to be released in the UK.

Paul-Lamond-480Escape the Room challenges first began as digital adventures, and have quickly turned into real-life events. Room escaping challenges have taken the UK by storm and are now one of the fastest growing crazes in the country with over 2,800 real-life escape room ventures throughout the UK.

The Escape the Room venues see players locked in a room with other participants where they have to uncover clues and hidden objectives, solve a series of puzzles and escape from the room in a set time limit. The Mystery at the Stargazer’s Manor game allows players to experience all the excitement of the challenge in the comfort of their own home.

Richard Wells, managing director at Paul Lamond Games, commented: “This is a growing and exciting market, and this type of game sits perfectly with our current portfolio. As distributors of the Think Fun range, we are delighted to be the first to deliver this style of take home party event to the UK market, and are looking forward to releasing further titles later this year.”
