Piece of cake for John McDonnell

Galt has cut the cake on its life-sized edible car to celebrate the launch of the new Playnest Car.

The vanilla sponge cake is a replica of the item, measuring  3ft wide x 2ft length with 10 inches in height. The cake was made by award-winning sugar artist Michelle Wibowo.

John McDonnell, MD of Galt Toys said: “The Playnest Car is a self-contained play area for imaginative play, so creating a life-size cake seemed the perfect way to celebrate the new addition joining the awarding winning range. We’ve also developed a free download, so everyone can have a go at baking the car – it’s just a lot smaller!”
