The team of four are attempting to raise £250,000 for Alder Hey Hospital.

bikers480Sambro’s Nikki Samuels is nearly halfway through an epic charity cycle ride across France. Together with Bobby Arora, owner of B&M, Simon Showman from Ultimate Products and Naresh Abrol from Union Property, the team of four, dubbed the Pinarello Bikers, are trying to raise £250,000.

The team will complete their 600km challenge in six days, having started their cycle on Monday from Perpignan. Finishing in Antibes, they would like to smash their target to raise funds for much-needed equipment for the specialist children’s hospital.

Nikki Samuels commented: “It’s going great so far. It’s extremely tough on the legs, but we’re all keeping each other going along the way. We are doing this for a fantastic cause and that’s motivation enough to push us on. We cannot believe how unbelievably generous people have been so far and we are less than £20,000 shy of our £250,000 target. We would like to ask our friends in the toy trade to share as much as possible. If you can donate anything, no matter how small, we would be extremely grateful.”
