CHF Entertainment has signed DJ Murphy as magazine partner for the pre-school series, while Stacey Solomon will attend BLE to represent the brand.PipAhoy300

The deal, brokered by Lisle International, will see publication of a monthly magazine for Pip from Easter 2015 in the UK.

The new Pip Ahoy! children’s magazine will include stories, puzzles and creative activities that follow the adventures of Pip in his home of Salty Cove.

The DJ Murphy deal comes on the back of strong viewing figures for the debut TV series on Channel 5’s Milkshake and the recent announcement that John Adam is to become the new master toy licensee.

Stacey Solomon will be attending BLE on Tuesday 7th October at 4pm on Lisle’s stand for interviews, photo opportunities and to support the property.

Stacey recorded the vocals for the Pip Ahoy! theme song in a London studio earlier this year, under the direction of song writer and producer, Keith Hopwood. She is also the voice of the pink flamingo, Fuchsia, who will appear in a few of the later Pip Ahoy! episodes.

Stacey will also be appearing with the Pip Character on October the 9th at the Gainsborough Primary School in Newham. The school won the Pip Ahoy! Competition run by iChild and Stacey will spend an hour with the children and do a sing along of the theme tune.
