Venetia Khosla has been hired to work across a number of Playtime accounts, while Fiona Hortopp joins the agency as marketing and events manager.
Speaking about Playtime PR’s continued growth, Lesley Singleton, MD, commented: “We’ve taken on lots of new accounts this year; The Irish Fairy Door Company, Anagranimals, Smorgasboard. I’m committed to continuing that growth. Venetia has experience in the child and family sector and also brings along her little black book of celebrity and influencer contacts.
“Fiona’s event management experience is fundamental to making things work. I’ve worked with her previously on a number of high profile projects and events for Bananagrams. The corporate event side of Board Game Club is growing this year, so she’ll add value there too. Her background in toys and games and understanding of trade marketing across all platforms will strengthen our client offering.”
Bizzy Bitz has also re-hired Playtime PR to handle its PR activity in the UK in the run-up to Christmas 2015. The agency will implement a consumer-facing campaign encompassing product placement, influencer engagement and media relations with a focus on generating media exposure for the range of sets in Q4.
