Premier Licensing brings Bleacher Creatures to HMV stores

Published on: 3rd December 2015

Premier Licensing has announced a new deal to supply 120 HMV stores with a range of superhero figures from the world of entertainment.

Bleacher-Creatures-480The company won the exclusive rights to distribute Bleacher Creatures across the UK earlier this year.

Bleacher Creatures are true-to-life plush, collectible figures that turn the greatest athletes and entertainment icons into characters. The figures are popular in the US, and have been proving equally successful on the UK sports scene, from England Rugby to several Premier League football clubs.

The newly announced Bleacher Creature partnership between Premier Licensing and HMV will see the retailer stock a range of 19 superhero figures in total from the worlds of print and screen to appeal to film and comic fans.

Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, Captain America, Thor, Hulk, Iron Man, Hulk Buster, Vision, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Nick Fury, Ant-Man, Spiderman, Groot, Rocket Raccoon and Star Lord can all now be found in Bleacher Creature form across HMV’s vast retail network.

James Garton, sales manager for Premier Licensing, said: “We’re delighted to have secured the rights to supply our Bleacher Creature superhero collection to HMV, and firmly believe that it will be a mutually successful relationship given HMV’s renown within the entertainment sector. We’re confident that Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Spiderman and many others will fly off the shelves in the run-up to Christmas and beyond, in the same way that they have already done in America, and that our rugby and football figures have already done in the UK.”
