Pretend to Bee to launch Thunderbirds Are Go collection

Pretend to Bee will launch the themed costume range in October after signing a two year licensing deal with ITV Studios.

Pretend-to-Bee-480The costume company, which specialises in high-quality dress-up for young children, will launch its Scott Tracy costume initially, followed by Virgil Tracy in early 2016. Each costume comes with accessories and features an embroidered chest plate and a satin printed detachable padded sash. They also incorporate sound chips to recreate sounds from the characters.

Harrison Palmer, sales and marketing director at Global Solutions for Clothing, commented: “We have expanded our Pretend to Bee range considerably in 2015 with the addition of several new licensed collections, and so are delighted to have signed such a hot licensed property. The success of the new Thunderbirds programme has been phenomenal and we hope our new range will appeal to the legion of new Thunderbirds fans. With a new series already confirmed in 2016, we will continue to add to the range.”
