Project Mc2 celebrates British Science Week

The S.T.E.A.M fashion doll brand and Netflix original show has teamed up with the British Science Association.

mc2dolls480British Science Week launched on Friday 11th March and runs until Sunday 20th March 2016. The 10-day programme includes a host of science-themed events and activities around the UK.

Project Mc2 is the official sponsor of the BSW poster competition, inviting school children all over the country to design an eye-catching poster based on the theme of Space for Science. To enter, children, parents and teachers will be able to download an e-pack from the British Science Week website.

In addition, Project Mc2 will be working with a number of bloggers and YouTubers to run science-themed posts and vlogs during British Science Week.

Marian Davis, marketing manager at MGA Entertainment, creators of Project Mc2, said: “Project Mc2 is all about opening up subjects such as science and technology to tweens – especially girls – so partnering with British Science Week seemed the perfect fit.
