Rainbow Designs appoints new head of marketing and licensing

The company has appointed Suzie Howes to play an integral part in its marketing and licensing departments.

Suzie-Howes-480Suzie brings with her a wealth of marketing experience, including over 15 years toy industry knowledge.

Her former roles include senior brand manager at Vivid Imaginations with responsibility for girl, tween and pre-school properties, as well as the launch of Moshi Monsters. Latterly, Suzie was head of marketing at Winning Moves where she was responsible for international family favourite games such as Monopoly and Top Trumps.

As head of marketing and licensing, Suzie will be fully responsible for the creation and implementation of the company’s trade and consumer marketing strategies, as well the development and coordination of Rainbow’s licensing function. She commented: “I’m really excited to have joined Rainbow and I’m looking forward to developing the role and driving the business forward through both the licensing and marketing functions.”

Anthony Temple, Rainbow Designs’ managing director, added: “Suzie brings a wealth of valuable direct toy and marketing experience to Rainbow, and it’s fantastic that she has such a strong brand and marketing track record in the toy industry. It’s an exciting time for Rainbow, and I’m thrilled to have Suzie on board to work alongside me and take our business to the next level.”
