Rainbow Toy Awards 2012 announced

Winners of the fourth awards announced in an online ceremony today.

The awards have ten categories with a winner and highly commended in each.

LOGO What Am I? by Drumond Park won the Overall Champion award. Peter Dawson said: “Each year we award one product a special award, and make them Overall Champion. It is awarded to the toy with the highest score out of all of the forms we receive back at the Rainbow Awards head office. To win overall Champion in 2012 means that LOGO What am I? has beaten competition from over a hundred other product.”

The Rainbow Toy Awards are highly coveted; each toy is tested by children, then reported back via their parents to the Rainbow team. So any winning company knows its toys are really ‘loved by children.’

Peter added: “We’ve had another terrific response to the awards this year, meaning all our winners have really achieved something. Being able to offer them a generous amount of consumer coverage just before Christmas is an excellent way to begin the festive season for them!”
