Ravensburger announces latest hires

Katy Fletcher joins as head of marketing and product development, while Carl Vernum also joins the Ravensburger team.

Ravensburger UK has announced the appointment of Katy Fletcher as head of marketing and product development, starting today (28th January). Following the promotion of Benn Bramwell, who became senior international product manager for Children’s Games, Katy will be responsible for all other categories apart from games in the UK.

Katy brings a wealth of product development and brand management experience from the toy industry, having worked for seven years at VTech and nine years at Re:creation. Katy joins at an exciting time for the Ravensburger UK business, which has grown for eight years in a row and has major growth plans over the next five years.

Tim Hall, managing director, commented: “We are thrilled that Katy is joining the Ravensburger team. She has built an outstanding reputation in the industry and is a perfect fit for us. She joins a very talented and experienced team and I am looking forward to welcoming her.”

Tim added: “Ravensburger has also appointed Carl Vernum as territory sales manager for the Midlands and Scotland. Carl has done a great job for Paul Lamond and MGA and will responsible for selling all our brands in this area.”
