The partnership will see the launch of an exclusive Now You See Me 2 licensed magic kit.

recreation480The first Fantasma product to be launched in the UK, the kit enables fans of hit movie franchise, Now You See Me, to learn and perform some of the awe-inspiring illusions showcased in the films.

The all-star cast includes Jesse Eisenberg, Daniel Radcliffe, Morgan Freeman and Michael Caine. At launch last month in the US it delivered strong results at the box office. Re:creation brand manager Katy Fletcher commented: “We feel hugely honoured to have the opportunity to introduce the UK to this incredible brand. With the power of a blockbuster movie behind this initial launch we’re confident it will be well received. Fantasma products are well respected in the world of magic for their ultimate quality and this product is a clear example of that. Initial box office feedback for Now You See Me 2 is fantastic and we’re looking forward to giving a new generation of fans the tools to make the magic of the Four Horsemen in their own homes”.

Roger Dreyer, CEO of Fantasma Magic, added: “Movie licenses always enhance the product, but we’re very happy with the initial sell through of the product in the US and comments that the quality of the magic set contents stands on its own. We’re looking forward to Now You See Me 3 which was recently announced”.

The Now You See Me 2: 150 Trick Set includes a comprehensive instruction manual, specialist card sets and equipment to recreate 150 tricks. Fans can learn the three card monte, escape from chains, read people’s minds, vanish objects in your hands and more. Presented in a stylish black brief-case (the case itself has a built in secret), the set also includes download instructions for further card tricks by the magician that actually taught the stars. Re:creation will support the launch with PR, demonstrations and digital communications.
