Rollplay announces launch of hero line Pedal Drifter

Published on: 20th May 2021

The Pedal Drifter has already been nominated for a prestigious Top 10 Spielzeug (Top 10 Toys) award in Germany.

Available from September, the new pedal vehicle is suitable for for kids from two years of age and comes in a stylish airplane design. With rotating rear tires, kids can turn 360 degrees and perform their first drifts. Parents will also appreciate that the go-kart has been designed to be foldable and easy to stow away, meaning it can be folded up with just one hand movement and taken anywhere.

As kids ride the Pedal Drifter, they determine their own speed, while two propellers give them the feeling of sitting in a real airplane. Extra-large front tires provide excellent grip and the sturdy metal frame can be loaded up to 25 kg.

Top 10 Spielzeug (Top 10 Toys) has celebrated the top toys and leisure items in Germany for over 15 years. A trade jury together with the BVS (Federal Association of German Toy Retailers) selects the hottest toys of the year, and this year’s winners will be announced in November.

The Pedal Drifter will be available at retail from September, and is available in both black and red colour options.

As recently announced, Carrera Revell Group is taking over distribution of the Rollplay portfolio in the UK, Benelux, Italy, Spain, France, Germany and Austria from June this year.

In the UK, Carrera Revell can be contacted on 01296 660291 or
