Sainsbury’s survey finds kids want water battles, not rollercoasters

Published on: 20th August 2012

According to a survey of children aged 5-11 and their parents, blasting friends with super soakers in the park is what kids want.

A play date in the park or garden was the most popular activity, followed by a water fight, while trips to theme parks failed to make the top ten.

Hasbro’s arsenal of Nerf Super Soaker blasters range from the stealthy pump-action Micro Burst that can be concealed for ambushes, to the fully automatic Lightning Storm that features Power-Soak Technology and a blasting range of 25 feet.

With only a few weeks left of the school summer holiday, now is the time for kids to get their hands on a super soaker and get blasting.
