Sambro trade event attracts European buyers

Company now in its fourth year of hosting its exclusive trade events.

SambroThe first event of the year is being held on Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th May at the company’s HQ in Bury, Greater Manchester. This year will see more buyers attend than ever before from both the U.K and overseas.

The licensed childrens product manufacturer holds the bi-annual event to welcome buyers from across the UK and Europe to take advantage of not only seasonal and clearance deals from Sambro but from other manufacturers and wholesalers.

Since its launch, the company has seen an increase in European buyers attending to the two-day event. Sambro holds many international character licences and distributes globally.

Carl Woodthorpe, operations director at Sambro and organiser of the trade event, commented: “This year we are expecting a record number of visitors to attend our show. The trade show is popular with both UK and overseas buyers due to the sheer volume of exhibitors and exclusive show only deals available over the two days. We really urge buyers to register early for the event to take full advantage of this exclusive event.”

The 20 showroom event will play host to a number of companies, and buyers can get exclusive deals across toys, arts and crafts, gadgets, stationery, plush, housewares, textiles, cookware, giftware, stationery, bags, luggage and more. Complimentary food and drink will be available throughout the event courtesy of Cardinal Maritime.

Sambro’s head office has excellent transport links via road and train and is also easily accessible to Manchester Airport as well as a wealth of accommodation available should visitors want to attend over two days.
