The campaign hits all major UK grocers at the end of September, running through to Christmas. Over 3.5 million cans of the hotdogs will offer consumers the chance to win a Scalextric Set by using a unique code that can be found on the back of each can.
www.yeoldeoak.co.uk/scalextric will go live at the end of September for purchasers to enter their unique code to find out if they are a lucky winner. The promotion will also offer a free Scalextric game app (multiple platforms) to every entrant.
The campaign will be supported by radio advertising, digital and social media, national PR, outdoor posters and in-store activities to boost sales, with a strong focus around Bonfire Night, Ye Olde Oak’s busiest sales period.
