ScatterBrainz lifts off with major PR campaign

As the new ScatterBrainz toy collection hits UK toy stores, Jakks Pacific together with PR company, Evolution, has launched a PR campaign ahead of back-to-school.

Throughout September the ScatterBrainz collection will be broadcast on kid’s online community Binweevils, which will encourage users to take part in competitions and download elements to enhance their game play.

Schools across the UK will also be taking part in a national competition to design a new ScatterBrainz character, where one lucky child and their school will win prizes.

Finally, a high profile boy’s print campaign, reaching over 1million boys aged five to nine, will see sampling of the ScatterBrainz Dart direct to the kids themselves.

Marketing manager, Ken Goodisson, commented: “Together with Evolution PR we have formed a strategy that will ensure awareness of ScatterBrainz is at its height in coming months. The ScatterBrainz toy range offer seriously sticky fun and will be a popular addition to any boy’s playground antics.”
