The company will continue to support both its retail and consumer base with extended marketing this year.
After unprecedented growth in 2015, Schleich saw continued growth for the UK business in 2016, making last year the biggest ever for the UK operation. With this in mind and following the company’s return to TV in 2016, Schleich will remain focussed on increased consumer engagement and brand awareness, with the launch of a brand new Schleich UK consumer website – www.schleich-s.com.
The site will promote all products within its core franchises, as well as having a store locator to support Schleich stockists which will be fully operational by the end of January. The site will link directly to social media platforms, allowing further engagement with both existing and potential consumers.
POS and merchandising will also be high on the agenda and 2017 will see the ongoing roll out of updated assets for Schleich’s instore fixtures to ensure the brand is consistently communicated at retail. The objective will be to maximise impact, appeal and sales of the entire range.
