In the UK Masha airs everyday on Cartoonito and is a YouTube phenomenon with over 70,000 views a day, taking one of the top spots on the newly launched YouTube Kids app. Next year will also see Masha expand onto Boomerang to complete a TV and digital broadcast platform.
The Simba range includes plush, dolls, playsets and construction, with more new products set to be released market-wide in 2016. Sales will continue to be supported by extensive YouTube advertising and a PR and social media campaign.
