The new Skoot ride on toy

Worlds Apart says its new Blue Nose Friends collectables and play-sets and the new ride-on and pull-along suitcase, Skoot, generated significant interest during the recent round of toy fairs.

The Skoot in particular, secured enquiries in over 20 new territories, while first-time independent customers and larger business partners were positive about future selections.

Vance Withers, group sales director at Worlds Apart comments: “Going into the shows, we were confident of a great reception but we can honestly say that the reaction from our customers at both shows has exceeded all our expectations. Skoot and Blue Nose Friends have created a host of new opportunities for Worlds Apart and we look forward to maximising the potential of these exciting new products with both our new and existing customers.”

Vance continues: “Feedback from target retailers has been that the pocket money pricing of the Blue Nose Friends characters provides absolutely the right range for 2012 and the strength of the design and role play pattern provides longevity beyond”
