SmartGames goes on safari with Safari Park Jr

Published on: 22nd March 2023

With appealing animal figurines included, SmartGames’ Safari Park Jr game has 60 puzzle challenges and is ideal for pre-schoolers.

Safari Park Jr is the perfect combination between a shape sorter and puzzle game, bringing together a selection of iconic safari animals that love to have their photo taken. Suitable for ages 3+, the aim of the game is to position the figurines into the picture-perfect shot. It’s not as easy as it sounds; players must remember that lions don’t like water, elephants can’t climb over the rocks and giraffes are too tall to fit underneath the trees. The challenge is to get the animals in the best position for the photo.

This 2-in-1 learning game offers both puzzle and play. Pre-schoolers can safely play with the figurines, use the game as a shape sorter, or enjoy following the challenges shown on the 60 picture cards which range from easy to expert and show an array of different photo positions to match the animals to.

Safari Park Jr will teach children about shapes, colours and concepts, such as left, right, on top, in front and behind. The colourful game will keep little ones entertained for hours, as well as igniting imaginations.

Like all games from Smart Toys and Games, Safari Park Jr has been created to make learning fun and to support children to develop skills such as planning, problem solving, visual perception, language and hand-eye coordination, through play.

Commenting on the launch, Karen Clarke, UK brand director at Smart Toys and Games, said: “We are so excited about this new game. Safari Park Jr. is bursting with fun; it has the play factor, the learning element and is so cute and colourful. We really hope this inspires young minds to take many a trip to the Safari Park.”
