Special recognition award for IMC

Published on: 28th January 2013

During last week’s Toy of the Year award ceremony, the TRA announced that it was giving a special recognition award to IMC.

Toy World caught up with IMC managing director Terry Crew the following day, when he professed himself to be “absolutely stunned” with the award. “It’s a real honour, and a reflection of the hard work that everyone put in last year. I’m delighted for the Spanish and also for the whole of the UK team. For us to be recognised at this stage of our development is fantastic.”

The special recognition award takes a number of factors into consideration, including progress, improvement, professionalism and serviceability, all of which Terry says “the IMC team works hard to deliver.” With several strong new ranges being introduced in 2013, including VIP Pets and a selection of Max Steel consumer electronic lines, Terry is “confident that we have another great year ahead of us.”
