Star Cutouts wins worldwide Bieber licence

Star Cutouts has won the worldwide licence to produce official Justin Bieber life-size cut outs and face masks.

Star Cutouts’ managing director Ian Ravey said: “This is a huge coupe for our company. 2013 is going to be such an exciting time for us, especially with the Bieber tour starting in the USA and visiting so many countries!”
