The bumper January Toy Fair issue of Toy World is out now

Published on: 7th January 2020

This 304-page issue contains everything you need to know about this year’s London Toy Fair.

Landing with a thump on desks and doormats as of yesterday, the January issue of Toy World Magazine is out now and available to read both in print and online.

This issue has its usual major focus on the London Toy Fair, which takes place from Tuesday 21st to Thursday 23rd January. We’ve spoken to Brainstorm, Toynamics (formerly known as Marbel), Geomag, Jazwares, Bachmann, Basic Fun! and Lego, bringing you all the latest news and views you need to know. The Toy Fair feature also includes detailed product information from a huge number of exhibitors at this year’s event, so you can plan your trip as efficiently as possible. Toy World will be exhibiting in its usual busy location (GH37), so if you have the time please do drop by and pay us a visit.

Alongside this, the January issue also contains a preview of the Spielwarenmesse, along with all our regular articles; the NPD’s monthly column is joined by an exclusive one-off additional Q&A, as well as Toy Barnhaus’ Indie Viewpoint, a Q&A with Mike Thomas, client services director at Import Services, an interview with Mattel’s Michael Hick and Pauline de la Riviere, Viewpoints from Ruth Clement, Asha Bhalsod and Matt Smith, plus special features on Little Tikes’ partnership with Little Baby Bum and the sad closing of Toy Hub.

For those with enough energy left to keep reading, this issue also contains our Hot Properties feature, looking at the major kids’ and family properties making their mark this year, alongside Marketing World, Licensing World, News, Industry Moves, Allegedly, and our pre-Christmas Talking Shop feature.
