The family will be featured in a Spring/Summer 2015 line-up of products for the UK including plush and figurines from Hasbro, story, activity, character and novelty publishing titles from Penguin, a dedicated magazine from Immediate Media, and DVDs from Abbey Home Media. Additional key categories will roll out in Autumn 2015.
BLE attendees were invited to a meet and greet with Phoebe and Furgus at Copyright Promotions Licensing Group’s booth E070 on Tuesday. CPLG serves as Sesame Workshop’s licensing representative in the UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Benelux.
The Furchester Hotel, produced by Sesame Workshop and CBeebies, debuted last month. The series, targeted to 3-6-year-olds, encourages creative problem solving. In addition to the Furchester-Fuzz family, the series welcomes Elmo and Cookie Monster from Sesame Street.
