Joanne Gray, former sales and marketing director at Tomy, has opened the doors to The Progress Lab.

Her new business venture is a marketing consultancy helping clients unleash their business’ full potential. It will offer support with defining brand strategy, product portfolio management, marketing communications planning, developing organisational culture, managing organisational change and marketing team training and development.

Joanne has teamed up with former Tomy marketers Antonia Rainbow and Ruth Williams to create a team of ‘Progressivists’, who between them have decades of experience of working on brands such as Disney, McVitie’s and Anadin.

“As a team we are all very different individuals but with complementary skills and experience. The major things we have in common are our love of marketing and the mind-set that if you are going to do a job – do it properly. We are ‘pragmatic perfectionists’ who’ll give our clients’ businesses the 120% they deserve,” says Joanne.
