Vivid has partnered with ToyTesters.TV and Family Gamer TV to shoot and broadcast an exclusive first look at the interactive Tracy Island playset due to hit shelves in July.
The video was filmed at Hamleys before the prototype set jetted off to Vegas. Ross Coffield, Vivid product design engineer, was on hand to demonstrate it to the ToyTesters team. The resulting footage was posted through a host of social media channels including YouTube, Google+ and Twitter with accompanying articles in Forbes Tech and GeekDad.
Kerry Paternoster, marketing manager, Vivid, said: “Working with ToyTesters.TV and Family Gamer TV offers us a perfect pre-launch platform to build on the buzz already building around Thunderbirds and around Tracy Island in particular. This is just the tip of the iceberg. We are partnering with a number of media outlets and ITV to generate a massive amount of noise about the toy range both pre and post-launch.”
