Crayola Colour Alive: Mythical Creatures, by Vivid, was the inaugural winner of this accolade, heading a list of five toys chosen from thousands of toys launched this week at Olympia in London.
The top five toys were:
1st place: Crayola Colour Alive: Mythical Creatures, Vivid.
2nd place: FurReal Friends JJ My Jumpin’ Pug, Hasbro.
3rd place: Play-Doh Maxi Creative Egg, D’arpeje.
4th place: Disney Big Hero 6 Deluxe Flying Baymax, Bandai.
5th place: Toot Toot Friends Busy Friends Discovery House, VTech.
Cathy Ranson, editor in chief, Netmums, said: “The annual Toy Fair is the first to pick up the opportunities and 2015 looks like being all about a return to creative play. There are lots of affordable options for parents who like their kids to use retro real pens or moulding clay as well as tapping on a tablet.”
