Topps has announced the combination of its North American and International Sports & Entertainment divisions into one Global Sports & Entertainment division. David Leiner, currently the general manager of North American Sports & Entertainment, has been appointed global general manager of the new, combined division and will be responsible for leading and directing its strategy and business operations.
