Topps unveils the new Match Attax Ultimate collection

Published on: 5th October 2018

Aimed at super fans, the collection features the best Premier League players and bonus memorabilia.

The new offering, which runs alongside and extends the regular Match Attax official Premier League Trading Card game, features 150 collectible foil cards with exclusive autograph and shirt cards – featuring actual pieces of player shirts – from the biggest names in the Premier League.

Cards are categorised as Regular, Captains and One-Club Players, with additional Sketch cards and Premier League Elite. All cards are double-cut for a more premium finish.

The October 25th launch of Match Attax Ultimate will be supported by a dynamic and integrated marketing campaign incorporating a multi-platform teaser campaign, joint marketing campaigns with the Premier League, endorsements from players, and new format display units to get the whole country collecting.

Rod Pearson, marketing director, Topps Europe, commented: “We are very excited to be launching the Match Attax Ultimate collection this season, alongside our traditional Premier League collection. We know it will be a big hit with super fans, especially with added bonuses such as signed cards and memorabilia from some of the greatest players in Premier league history including Frank Lampard, Gianfranco Zola, Dennis Bergkamp, Sergio Aguero and Eden Hazard.”

The Match Attax Ultimate Mini deck Box contains 15 Ultimate cards and has a RRP of £7.50. The Starter Pack, with premium ring binder and 5-card pack, is RRP £10.
